There are basically three steps after you place any order in our website.
- Order Confirmation: Soon after placing order, you will receive an order confirmation SMS to your phone number and an invoice to your email.
- Delivery Notification: You will receive a notification SMS on the day of delivery.
- Delivery Completion: Once the delivery is made successfully, you will receive successful delivery status SMS.
Yes. You will receive both electronic and hard copy of invoice.
Yes. You can track your order from the ORDER TRACKING section in the footer menu.
In case a customer is unreachable the order is being held at delivery agent’s hub. A order can be held at hub for 3 days maximum. If a customer can not receive the order within these time period, order is returned to us after 3 days.
Senorarita basically has four secured payment options through which customers can make their payment. These are –
- Debit/ Credit Card ( American Express, Master Card, Visa Card)
- Internet Banking
- Mobile Banking (Bkash, Rocket, Mcash)
- Cash on Delivery
Senorarita mostly sources products from UK directly without any third party involved in the purchase procedures. Other than UK, it also brings products from USA.
Only the Korean products are collected from importers.
YES. Currently, Senorarita only sells foreign brands imported from overseas.
All of our products are 100% authentic as most of the products are imported from overseas by Senorarita itself (No third party is involved). Senorarita purchases brands like The Ordinary, The Inkey List, The Cerave and others directly from the manufactures: thus the authenticity is ensured.
And, few products which are collected from third party/importers are verified by our expert team. So, in this case also there is no chance of getting any duplicated products.
RETURN & REFUND
YES, if it matches all the conditions mentioned in our RETURN POLICIES.
